"Showed up exactly when they said"
My order actually arrived on the day they promised, which was a nice surprise. The tracking worked fine the whole time too, so there wasn’t any hassle or guessing. I guess I have to blame whoever runs this for making the whole thing easy. I’d order again.

I grabbed a jacket and a hat from brixton.com, i’m pleased with what I got for the money. Both pieces feel solid and better than I expected at that price. Shipping was totally fine too, so overall I feel like I came out happy with the value.

I had to send something back and my brain immediately went, “Yep, this is going to take forever.” But it was much easier than I expected. I got the confirmation email quickly, and the refund was back in my account just a few days later. I didn’t have to follow up or keep checking in, which is always a win. Smooth experience overall.

"Shipping was about what I expected"
I ordered from Brixton and everything showed up in good shape, so no complaints there. But the shipping did take longer than I thought it would. i already had it in my head that their shipping can be a little slow, and this order kind of confirmed that for me. Not a terrible experience, just not the fastest.

"Fit a little tighter than I expected"
I ordered my usual size because that’s what normally works for me, so I don’t think I did anything unusual here. It ended up fitting tighter than I expected. It’s not so bad that I can’t wear it, but it is a little annoying since I was expecting a more comfortable fit

"Colors were pretty much spot on"
I ordered a cap and shirt from brixton.com i was pleasantly surprised by how close the colors were to the photos. The green wasn’t overly bright, and the washed black looked just like what I expected from the site.
The only small thing is I still wish there were a few more real-life style photos, since I always get nervous ordering colors online. But overall, it was a good experience, and it’s nice not feeling like you had to gamble on what would actually show up.

"Really happy with the quality"
So... I ordered a jacket and a cap from Brixton, i’m impressed. Both pieces feel really well made, the fabric has a nice weight to it, the stitching is clean, and the fit was exactly what I was hoping for. I’ve been wearing them a bunch already and they still look basically new. Definitely not the cheapest, but the quality makes it feel worth the money.

I got a shirt from Brixton and the fabric is super soft. It’s not stiff or scratchy or anything, which I really liked. Wore it pretty much all day and it didn’t bother me at all. I’m happy with it

I ordered a hat from Brixton and the packaging was actually really solid. The box wasn’t crushed, the hat kept its shape, and there wasn’t a bunch of extra mess inside. So yeah, they definitely handled that part well. I guess I’m just a little disappointed that the packaging was the thing that stood out most, but at least it arrived in good shape...

"Nice, easy order with steady updates"
I ordered from brixton.com it all went smoothly. Got the tracking info quickly, which I always appreciate because otherwise I end up checking my email way too much for no reason. I’ve ordered from Brixton a couple times now, it’s been solid overall. The hats fit really nice, and the shirts, you know, just feel better than a lot of other brands I’ve tried. Shipping wasn’t, like, super fast or anything, but it was totally fine, and everything showed up packed well. The site was easy to use too, so yeah, no real complaints. I’d definitely order again

I had a small issue with my order, so I reached out to Brixton support kind of expecting it to take all day or turn into a hassle.

They replied quickly, understood what I was asking, and didn’t make me explain the same thing over and over. The solution was simple, and they kept me in the loop the whole time.

it made the situation way less frustrating. For customer service, this was definitely better than most, and it felt like an actual person cared enough to help.

"Checkout was a relief"
I was a little unsure at first, but checkout ended up being easy and worked fine. The only thing was the shipping cost didn’t show up until later in the process, which made me pause, but overall I was relieved it went through smoothly.
